Eligibility Criteria for Deputy Secretary and Other Posts

Educational Qualification:

Deputy Secretary ( Publication)- A post Graduate degree from a recognized in a language recognized by Akademi or equivalent. General knowledge of Indian literature and contacts with the literary community. Five tears experience relevant to the execution of the job with ability to organize programme and processing documents/minutes. Sound knowledge of at least one Indian language and good knowledge of English. Basic knowledge of computer application.
Deputy Secretary ( Sales)- A post Graduate degree from a recognized University in a language recognized by Akademi. Diploma in Sales Management. General Knowledge of Indian literature and contacts with the book sellers, distributors and book selling agencies. Sound knowledge of at least one Indian Language and good knowledge of English. Five years’ experience in sales management in a reputed publishing house and knowledge of the latest methods of sales promotion. Basic knowledge of computer application.
Regional Secretary (Kolkata)-A post Graduate degree from a recognized University in a language recognized by Akademi.General knowledge of Indian literature and contacts with the literary community.Five tears experience relevant to the execution of the job with ability to organize programme and processing documents/minutes. Knowledge of English and special knowledge of at least one language of the region and general awareness of other literatures in the region. Experience in Office Administration. Knowledge of Government Rules , procedure and accounts. Basic knowledge of computer application.
