Experience for Director Job 2016
At least 10 years of full time Post Qualification work experience of working in Rural Development field, particularly with Centrally sponsored/State Government Led Programmes / Schemes or reputed NGOs / research organisations / academic institutions. Out of this 3 years must be spent in leading and management large scale rural development project / programme / scheme. Person should have skill to work in MS-Office environment and ability to lead a multi disciplinary team of experts. She / He should also have good communication skill and thorough understanding of policy issues pertaining to rural development and poverty alleviation programmes.
Experience for Social Audit Advisor Job 2016
At least 7 years of full time Post Qualification work experience in Social Audit work with Government or reputed NGOs / research organisations / academic institutions. Interested Retired State Government official may also apply with minimum post graduation degree in any discipline. S/he should have served at least at ADM level or above and not of more than 70 years of age. Person should have skill to work in MS-Office environment. S/he should also have good communication skill and thorough understanding of policy issues pertaining to rural development and poverty alleviation programmes.
Experience for State Resource Person and District Resource Person Jobs 2016
At least 3 years of full time Post Qualification work experience in Social Audit with Central / State sponsored / led Rural Development of Poverty Alleviation programmes / schemes. Persons having similar experience with reputed NGOs / research organisations / academic institutions may also apply. S/he should have very good communication skill and thorough understanding implementation issues of poverty alleviation or rural development programmes at field level. Person should have skill to work in MS-Office environment.

Candidate should attained at least the age of 21 years.
