Executive/Senior Executive- Motor TP:Degree or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or Graduate with three years of experience in automobile repair industry
- Graduate from any Stream/ Preferred Law Graduate

- Deputy Manager/Asst: Minimum Graduation degree
Information Technology
- Manager- Business Solutions Group: Graduation in any discipline and Engineering/ IT degree qualification
Internal Audit,Control and Risk
- Assistant Manager/Sr. Executive- Internal Audit- Chartered Accountant or Graduate degree from recognized University
Legal and Compliance
- Executive-Legal: LL.B
- Strategy and PMO: Master’s in Business Administration or equivalent
Underwriting and Reinsurance
- Sr. Executive/Executive-Underwriting (Retail): Graduate/ Post Graduate preferably in Business Administration
- Sr. Executive/ Executive/Manager-MIS& Data Analytics- Underwriting (Corporate & SME): Graduate/ Post Graduate preferably in Business Administration
