When an applicant sits for any examination, he or she is interested to know the selection procedure followed by the Institute. Symbiosis International University (SIU) follows its own selection procedure which begins with the Symbiosis National Aptitude test (SNAP). Once the applicant has given the test the next round of selection begins.
This includes:
- SNAP Score will be declared as a percentile to all the students.
- Section wise percentage score (as a percentage of the highest score in the section and not as a percentage of the maximum marks of the section) will be given to all the candidates.
- Short listing of candidates for Group Exercise (GE) / Personal Interview (PI) will be based on SNAP Percentile.
- The final merit score will be based only on SNAP percentile.
