- Assistant Professor - Level-12 Pay Matrix ₹101500 to ₹167 400
- Associate Professor- Level-13A-1 + Pay Matrix ₹138300 to ₹209200
- Additional Professor- Level-13A-2+ Pay Matrix ₹148200 to ₹211400
- Professor- Level-14A Pay Matrix ₹168900 to ₹220400
