Singareni Collieries Company Limited Recruitment for Various Posts 2011

The Singareni Collieries Company Limited or SCCL is a government-owned coal mining company in India. One of the public sector undertakings, the company is jointly owned by the Andhra Pradesh government (51 percent) and the Union Government (49 percent). It invites applications from eligible male candidates for filling up the posts mentioned below.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Mining Graduate Trainees: BE/B.Tech (Mining) or its Equivalent Qualification With a Minimum of 55% marks in Aggregate.
• Mine Surveyor: SSC, Mine Surveyor Certificate Of Competency Under Coal Mines Regulations
• Junior Mining Engineer Trainee: Diploma in Mining Engineering From any State Bord Of Technical Education (approved By AICTE)

Note: Knowledge of Telugu is desirable

Age Limit (as on 1 January 2011)

• Mining Graduate Trainees: Maximum 28 years
• Mine Surveyor: Maximum 34 years
• Junior Mining Engineer Trainee: Maximum 24 years

Pay Scale

• Mining Graduate Trainees: Rs 16400-40500
• Mine Surveyor: Rs 11784.52
• Junior Mining Engineer Trainee: On a stipend equivalent to the initial basic of Rs 10127.70 of Tech.& Sup Grade 'C' plus dearness allowance and underground allowance.

Selection Procedure: The selection for each of the above post will comprise of written examination and interview.
