Pay Scale

  • State Mission Manager (Finance):  Rs 40,000
  • State Mission Manager (Institution Building & Livelihood): Rs 40,000
  • State Mission Manager (Human Resource Management): Rs 40,000
  • State Mission Manager (Monitoring & Evaluation): Rs 40,000
  • Programme Manager (Skill & Placement): Rs 30,000
  • Programme Manager (Livelihood & Marketing): Rs 30,000
  • Programme Manager (Management Information System): Rs 30,000

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • State Mission Manager (Finance):  CA/ICWAI/CFA/MBA (Finance) with managerial experience of at least five years in procurement, designing of financial management policies, budgeting for state wide social/community development programs funded by WB/UNDP/Central Government etc. with good Communication & presentation skills. Computer skills are also essential.
  • State Mission Manager (Institution Building & Livelihood): Post graduate in Management/Community Development/Social Work/Rural Management with minimum three years experience in the area of designing programme for social/community development, Livelihood, Financial Inclusion etc. in PSU/WB/UNDP funded projects/Private agencies.
  • State Mission Manager (Human Resource Management): Post Graduation in Social Work/Management- HR/IR/PR with minimum 3 years of experience in conducting training programme and capacity building events in social/community/livelihood development programs funded by external agency or central government.
  • State Mission Manager (Monitoring & Evaluation): Post Graduate Degree in Social Work/ Agro. Economics, /Agri. Management/Marketing Management with agriculture, Fisheries/ Rural Management etc. with minimum 3 years experience in PSU/ Central govt./ UNDP or World Bank funded schemes.
  • Programme Manager (Skill & Placement): Post Graduate in Social Work/ Agro Economics Agriculture/ Veterinary Science/ Dairy Science/ HR/ Rural Management/ Agriculture etc having minimum two years experience in identification of skills, promoting skilled persons to the industries, conducting training in Social/ Community Development  Sector or for rural unemployed youths.
  • Programme Manager (Livelihood & Marketing): PG in Marketing Management with Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Dairy/ Fishery/ Veterinary Science at least at degree level or PG in Agri. Economics/ Agri./ Horticulture/ Fisheries/ Rural Management/ Social Work with minimum 2 years experience in externally funded livelihood projects/ centrally funded projects.
  • Programme Manager (Management Information System): MSc-IT/MCA/M Tech/ME (in computers) with minimum three years experience in managing large amount of data and information related to field. Knowledge of data management Software is essential. Capability of analyzing of MIS data and writing of reports on it.

Maximum Age Limit: 40 years
