Eligibility Criteria
• Educational Qualification
1) Dy. General Manager (F&A): The candidate should have qualified CA/ICWA/1st Class full-time MBA with Finance elective/1st class 2 year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management with Finance elective equivalent to MBA (proof of equivalence to be submitted) from recognized University/Management Institute.
2) Manager (HR): The candidate should have qualified 1st Class two years full-time Master’s Degree in PM&IR/MSW/MBA with HR elective/1st class 2 year fulltime Post Graduate Diploma in Management with HR elective equivalent to MBA (proof of equivalence to be submitted) from recognized University/Management Institute.
3) Dy. Manager (Materials): The candidate should have 1 st Class degree in Engineering with Degree/Diploma in Material Management / Stores Management/ Purchase / MBA with Material Management from a recognized University/Institution.
4) Officer (OL): 1 Post – The candidate should have 1 st Class Master’s Degree from a recognized University in Hindi or English with English/Hindi subject at Graduation level (i.e. Hindi in case the candidate is Post-graduate in English and vice-versa).
5) Officer (Tech.): The candidate should have First class Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a recognised University/Institute. Certificate in Proficiency as a Boiler Operation Engineer granted under the Madhya Pradesh Boiler Operation Engineer Rules, 1968, is also required for this post.
