SSC CGL 2024 Notification Today: Staff Selection Commission will  soon release the notification for recruitment of candidates various Group B and Group C Posts such as Assistant Audit Officer, Assistant Accounts Officer, Inspector (Examiner), Sub Inspector, Assistant Section Officer, Assistant Enforcement Officer, Divisional Accountant, Inspector, Assistant Superintendent, Inspector of Income Tax, Senior Secretariat Assistant/ Upper Division Clerks, Auditor, Tax Assistant, Accountant/ Junior A, Junior Statistical Officer and Statistical Investigator Grade-II through Combined Graduate Level Exam 2024.

SSC CGL 2024 Notification

The notification was to release on 11 June on the official website of SSC - ssc.gov.in. The last date of application was set to 10 July 2024.  Now, the notification details will be announced later. Graduates can apply online once the notification is released.  Candidates are advised to keep a track official website to get all the latest updates regarding the notification.

SSC CGL Exam Date 2024

Candidate who will successfully submit their application will be called to appear for SSC CGL Exam Tier 1 Exam. The exam is scheduled to be held in the month of September or October 2024.

SSC CGL Vacancy 2024

The vacancies will be announced once the notification is released. Last year, the commission had notified 8440 vacancies for various posts of Group B and Group C.

SSC CGL Eligibility Criteria 2024

• Educational Qualification: A graduate degree from a recognized university is mandatory. However, JSO Posts a bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (minimum 60% in maths in 12th) OR Bachelor’s Degree in a discipline with Statistics as one of the subjects in Graduation is required and for Compiler Posts bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution with Economics aOr Mathematics or Statistics as a compulsory subject or elective subject.
• Age Limit: The minimum and maximum age limit varies depending on the category and post. Generally, it ranges from 18 to 32 years. Relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable for reserved categories.
• Nationality: Candidate must be an Indian citizen.

SSC CGL Selection Process 2024

The selection will be done on the basis of:

Tier-I: This is a computer-based objective test covering General Intelligence & Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, and English Language.

Tier-II: Another computer-based objective test focusing on Mathematics, Statistics, and English Language Comprehension for specific posts.
