SSC CGL Tier 2 Exam Date 2025: The Staff Selection Commission has announced the SSC CGL Tier 2 Exam 2024 Date. Candidates shortlisted in the tier 1 exam will be eligible to appear for the tier 2 exam. The SSC CGL Tier 2 exam will be held on January 18, 19 and 20.

SSC CGL Tier 1 result was announced on December 5, 2024. The exam, conducted from September 9 to September 26, 2024, aimed to fill 18236 vacancies across various Group B and C posts. Out of the 36,73,453 candidates who registered for the SSC CGL Recruitment, 1,86,509 candidates successfully qualified for the Tier 2 exam. Among them, 18,436 candidates qualified for the Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) post, 2,833 for the Statistical Investigator Grade II post, and 1,65,240 for other Group B and C posts. All those who have qualified are eligible to appear for SSC CGL Tier 2 Exam 2024.
SSC CGL Tier 2 Exam Date
The Staff Selection Commission is all set to conduct SSC CGL Tier 2 from January 18 to 20, 2025 to fill 18236 vacancies across various Group B and C posts. Candidates who have secured above the SSC CGL Cut off marks in tier 1 are eligible to appear in the Tier 2 exam. The SSC CGL Tier 2 exam consists of two papers: Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 is compulsory for all posts, while Paper 2 is for candidates applying for the Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) post in the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation.
