The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) shall begin the SSC CGL 2025 exam for Tier 1 from 13th to 30th August 2025. Through this recruitment, candidates will be selected for Group "B" and Group "C" posts in various government departments such as Income Tax, Customs, CBI, CBDT & CBEC, etc. The SSC CGL admit card 2025 is going to be released in the 2nd week of August 2025. Once the admit card for tier 1 is released, candidates will be eligible to download the CGL admit card to take the exam.

SSC CGL Admit Card 2025 

SSC CGL Admit Card 2025 for tier 1 is going to be released anytime soon in the 2nd week of August, i.e. after 4th August 2025. Candidates who have filled out the SSC CGL application form for tier 1 will be able to download the call letter online on ssc.gov.in. The SSC CGL admit card can be downloaded on the SSC region-wise websites as well. The exam is scheduled for 13th to 30th August 2025. 

SSC CGL Admit Card 2025 Release Date

SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination is conducted annually to recruit eligible candidates for the Group B & C posts. The SSC CGL admit card can be downloaded few days before the exam date. It is expected that SSC might release the CGL admit card online after 4th August.

SSC CGL 2025 Exam Timing for Tier 1 Exam

SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam Pattern 2025

SSC CGL Tier 1 exam is conducted in online mode (Computer Based Examination. Tier 1 exam consists of 4 sections with 25 questions in each section for a total of  200 marks. The time duration for completing the Tier-1 Exam is 60 minutes & there is a negative marking of 0.50 marks for each incorrect answer. Check the table below.
