SSC CGL Admit Card 2025 Out: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is all set to conduct the SSC CGL tier 1 exam 2025 from 12th September 2025 onwards in various exam centres across India. The SSC CGL tier 1 admit card 2025 has been released by the officials on 9th September 2025 late night. The candidates who have their exams between 12th to 26th September 2025 can begin to download the call letter online from ssc.gov.in. SSC CGL Admit Card 2025: What to Expect in Tier 1 CBT? 

The SSC CGL exam will be conducted in an objective-type, multiple-choice format. Except for the English Comprehension section, all other questions will be available in both English and Hindi. The Tier I paper will have a total of 100 questions carrying 200 marks. SSC CGL Admit Card 2025 Tier 1: What is the New CGL Exam Date? 

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will conduct the SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam 2025 from September 12 to September 26, 2025. The examinations will be held on multiple days — September 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, and 26 across different exam centers.

CGL Admit Card 2025: Over 14,000 Vacancies to be Filled

This year, the Commission will fill up a total of 14,582 vacancies through the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) examination. The vacancies are spread across various departments and ministries of the Government of India.

SSC CGL Admit Card 2025: Exam to be held in across 129 cities 

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will conduct the CGL Tier 1 Examination 2025 in online mode from September 12 to 26, 2025. The exam will be held in 260 centres across 129 cities in India. This year, more than 28 lakh candidates have applied for the examination, competing for a total of 14,582 Group B and Group C vacancies in various ministries, departments, and government organisations.

SSC CGL 2025 Exam Timing for Tier 1 Exam

SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam Pattern 2025

SSC CGL Tier 1 exam is conducted in online mode (Computer Based Examination. Tier 1 exam consists of 4 sections with 25 questions in each section for a total of  200 marks. The time duration for completing the Tier-1 Exam is 60 minutes & there is a negative marking of 0.50 marks for each incorrect answer. Check the table below.
