A human Body needs Vitamins, Carbohydrates and Fat to grow and Vitamins are organic compounds which boost & strengthen metabolism in our body.Without Vitamins the food breakdown could not be possible. It is also responsible for the formation of blood Cells,Hormones,Bones,Muscles and other nervous & genetic compounds in a Human Body.
There are two types of Vitamins.
- Water Soluble Vitamins: - It includes Vitamins C and B-Complex.
- Fat Soluble Vitamins: - Vitamin A, D, E and K are considered soluble in fat.
