Eligibility Criteria for General Manager, Dy. Manager & CA Posts
Educational Qualification & Experience Criteria
- General Manager (Finance & Administration) – MBA (Finance) from IIM or a nationally reputed institution with post qualification experience of 15 years of which at least 5 years at a senior management level in a large organization. Chartered Accountants with an outstanding record in large commercial organizations can also apply.
- General Manager (Technical) – B.Tech with MBA from IIM or a nationally reputed institution with post qualification experience of 15 years of which at least 5 years at a senior management level in a large manufacturing or transport/ logistics related organization.
- Deputy General Manager (Finance & Administration) – MBA (Finance) from IIM or a nationally reputed institution with post qualification experience of 10 years at a middle management level in a large commercial or manufacturing organization.
- Deputy General Manager (Operations) – B.Tech with MBA from IIM or a nationally reputed institution with post qualification experience of 10 years at a middle management level in a large manufacturing or service undertaking.
- Deputy General Manager (Technical) - B.Tech (Mechanical/Automobile Engineering) and MBA from IIM or a Nationally reputed institution with post qualification experience of 10 years at a middle management level in a large manufacturing or commercial organization
- Chartered Accountants / Cost Accountants - Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India with 10 years experience in a reputed organization.
