Uttar Pradesh to have Educational Hubs for Minorities in All Districts

In a major step to promote education for minorities, Akhilesh Yadav’s government decided to set up educational hubs for them in all districts of Uttar Pradesh.

Akhilesh Yadav’s government in a step to motivate education for all, decided to launch educational hubs in all the districts of Uttar Pradesh which will be open to all minority communities.

The scheme has been named Educational Participation and Development Scheme for Minorities. These hubs will provide education from class I to XII.

As per the scheme, two hubs -- for girls and boys separately -- will be made in all the districts that will provide education till class XII to the minority population.

These hubs will also be responsible for providing education in skill development training and vocational courses to empower students to get jobs in the market.

Important Points

  1. Akhilesh Yadav’s govt. decided to set up educational hubs for all minorities in all districts of UP.
  2. Name of the scheme has been kept as Educational Participation and Development Scheme for Minorities.
  3. It will be liable to provide education from class I to XII.
  4. Two hubs will be made for boys and girls separately.
