Educational Qualification for Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager and Other Posts

Assistant Manager / Dy. Manager (Technical) – Candidate should have degree in BE (Civil) from a recognized university with relevant working experience in water Sector of minimum 3 years. OR Degree in ME (Civil) in Water Resource Management from recognized university with relevant working of minimum 1 year.

Assistant / Deputy Manager (Water Quality) – The candidate should have degree in M.SC (Chemistry/Microbiology) from recognized university with relevant working experience of minimum 1 year.

Deputy / Assistant Coordinator (Social) – The candidate should have degree in MSW / MRS/ MA in Social Work in Rural Development/ MA in any Social Discipline /Post Graduate in Rural Management from recognized university minimum second class with relevant working experience of minimum 3 years.

Accountant- The candidate should be M.com from recognized university minimum first class with relevant working experience of minimum 2 years having knowledge of Tally software. (Working Experience in Government Sector will be preferred.)

Manager Research & Development (Technical)- The candidate should have degree in PHD in Sector of Water Resource from recognized university. OR ME in Water Resource Management / Environmental studies from recognized university minimum second class with relevant working experience of minimum 4 years

Manager Research & Development (Social)- The candidate should have degree in PHD with relevant working experience in Development Sector of minimum 1 year OR Post Graduate in Rural study / MA in Social discipline/Rural planning from recognized university minimum second class with relevant working experience of minimum 5 years

Human Resource & Admin (Manager - Establishment )- The candidate should have degree in Post Graduate / MBA in any discipline from recognized university minimum Second class with relevant working experience of minimum 3 years. (Working Experience in Government Sector will be preferred)

Human Resource & Admin (Dy. Manager - Establishment )- The candidate should have degree in Post Graduate / MBA in any discipline from recognized university minimum second class with relevant working experience of minimum 1 year. (Working Experience in Government Sector will be preferred)

Deputy Manager (Finance) – Candidate should have passed CA/ Inter CA with relevant working experience of minimum 1 year. (Working Experience in Government Sector will be preferred )

Deputy Manager (Board & Legal) – The candidate should have passed LLB from recognized university minimum first class with relevant working experience of minimum 3 years. OR CS/Inter CS with relevant working experience of minimum 1 year.

Receptionist- The candidate should be Graduate in any discipline with knowledge of MSOffice and should have relevant working experience of minimum 1 year. (Strong Communication and Documentation skill in English is must.)
