XLRI offers a Certificate Program in Agri-Business Management

    XLRI, Jamshedpur has invited applications for admissions in its newly launched Post Graduate Certificate Program (PGCABM) in Agri-Business Management. A six-month online self learning program, this certificate course is in its fourth run.
    XLRI has collaborated with “iKisan”, an agricultural web portal, to execute this Post Graduate Certificate Program in Agri-Business Management.
    PGCABM will help students in getting skills of Sales and Marketing career within the dynamic and fast-growing agri-business sector. It is designed for professionals as well as fresh graduates who want to join the agriculture industry.
    The PGCABM includes a one-week induction program at XLRI, Jamshedpur, and 10 courses covering management and technical skills that require about 60 hours of efforts from each student. This program further entails an independent project wherein student works on an agri-business sector topic.
    Admission to PGCABM is open. The last date to apply for the program is 07 August 2013.
    Who is Eligible?
    •    Working professionals from Agri-Business sector
    •    Students who are pursuing final year of BSc./ M. Sc. (Agriculture or Allied subjects)
    Selection Process
    The selection will be done on the basis of Intermediate (10+2) Marks, Graduation Marks, A Statement of Purpose, Experience, and Personal Interview, if required.
