CUCET 2022 Eligibility Criteria: National Testing Agency (NTA) will be conducting the Central Universities -Common Entrance Test (CU-CET) 2022 for admission to the Integrated/Under-Graduate (UI) and Post-Graduation (PG) Programmes of 14 Central Universities for the academic session 2022-23 in CBT mode. Delhi University and Jawaharlal Nehru University are also expected to join CUCET 2022 Exam. The CUCET 2022 Application will open from the 3rd week of March 2022 (Tentative). Interested and eligible candidates will undergo a Computer Based Test (CBT) which will be held in June 2022 (Tentative). Nationality
A candidate interested in applying for CUCET 2022 must be a citizen of India.
Age Limit
A candidate interested in applying for CUCET 2022 must have attained a minimum age of 18 years. For maximum age limit, one should refer to the course/subject eligibility in detail. Some degrees/courses do not have upper age limit while some specify that candidate should not have attained the maximum age limit.
CUCET Eligibility: Courses-wise
CUCET Eligibility for UG Courses
In Class 12, General category candidates: Minimum of 50% marks and SC/ST candidates: 45% marks. Subjects required are Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics And/ OR Biology depending upon the course you are looking for.
CUCET Eligibility for PG Course
In Graduation, General category candidates: Minimum of 55% marks and SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates: 50% marks
CUCET Eligibility for M.Phil Programme
Candidates should have a Master's degree with a minimum of 55% marks
CUCET Eligibility for Ph.D Programme
Candidates need to have a Master’s degree in any stream with a minimum of 55% marks for General category candidates, 50% marks for OBC category candidates and 45% marks for SC/ST/PWD category candidates.
