Madhya Pradesh: Density as per Census 2011

    The entire vicinity (area) of Madhya Pradesh is 308,252 sq. km as per Census 2011. The density of the state is 236 per sq km. It is comparatively lower than national average, which is 382 per sq km.
    In the year 2001, the density of the Madhya Pradesh state was 196 per sq km. However, the nation average in 2001 was 324 kilometer square.
