CAT 2021 Exam Update: With the Common Admission Test 2021 – CAT 2021 exam concluded, MBA aspirants have begin their long wait for the declaration of CAT 2021 Response Sheets and Answer Key. Following the successful conduct of the CAT 2021 Exam, IIM Ahmedabad – the exam conducting institute this year, has released an important press release about the MBA entrance exam which provides some important statistics and data points about the test held on 28^th November 2021. 1.91 Lakh Candidates Appear for CAT

With the competition quotient being a very important factor in determining the CAT 2021 Percentile, it is important for candidates to know the total number of candidates who have appeared for the examination. In this regards, the notice released by IIM Ahmedabad notes that of the total 2.29 Lakh candidates registered for the exam, only 1.91 lakh appeared for the test on 28^th November 2021. Of the total test takers, 35% were female candidates while 65% were male, while 2 were transgender. The detailed statistical highlights about the number of candidates is provided below:

CAT 2021: Answer Key, Response Sheet, Question Paper

With the exam concluded successfully, now the candidates who have appeared for the MBA entrance exam await the release of the provisional answer key, response sheet and question papers. Going by the general trend, IIM Ahmedabad is likely to release the CAT 2021 Answer key along with the response sheet and question paper in the 1^st or 2^nd week of December 2021. Following the release of CAT 2021 Answer Key, candidates will be given a chance to raise challenges or objections against it. Using the combination of CAT 2021 Answer Key, Response Sheet, Question Paper, candidates will also be able to calculate the how many questions they have marked correct and incorrect and also calculate their probable CAT score.
