COMEDK 2019 engineering application form to be released in January next year, details here

COMEDK 2019: The COMEDK 2019 Application Form will be out from the 3rd week of January 2019, as notified in the official website of COMEDK, comedk.org. The COMEDK 2019 UGET will be held through an online mode on May 12th, 2019 (Sunday). The COMEDK stands for Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka. Every year, COMEDK conducts the Undergraduate Entrance Test (UGET) 2019 for admission engineering students. This year, the COMEDK 2019 examination will be conducted for around 20000 seats across 190 engineering colleges.

The application form for COMEDK UGET 2019 exam will be available for 4 months. All the aspirants have to apply through online medium only. In order to access the online application form students have to register first using a valid email id and mobile number. The eligible and successfully registered candidates will be able to appear in the UGET exam by COMEDK. The final admission will be based on the COMEDK 2019 score followed by a centralized counseling which is again conducted by COMEDK.

It has been mentioned on the official website of COMEDK that “Accordingly, Karnataka Unaided Private Engineering Colleges Association (KUPECA) comprising of more than 150 Engineering colleges in Karnataka have joined together and have entrusted COMEDK with the responsibility of conducting the entrance examination and seat selection process based on a single common entrance test followed by centralized counselling to students seeking admissions in their member institutions so as to ensure fair and merit-based admissions as envisaged in the above judgments.”
