Alto Betim: This news will probably put minds of thousands of students awaiting their Goa GBSHSE Class 12 Result 2017. As per the latest news break, the Goa Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) will declare the Goa Board 12th Result on 27th April at 10:30 AM. If everything goes as per plan, nearly 18 thousand students will be able to check the outcome of their hard work this Thursday in the form of Goa HSSC Result 2017 online on the official website gbshse.gov.in.

The Goa Board has begun extensive preparations for the declaration of Goa 12th Result 2017. The formal announcement of Goa Board 12th Result is expected from Alto Betim office in presence of top executives of the Board.

Exam Delayed but Goa 12th Result on time

For 2017, the Goa Board Higher Secondary School Certificate Exam was delayed due to the recently concluded assembly elections in the state. The Goa Board Exam for general stream students commenced on 1st March whereas for vocational students it began on 2nd March. However, the exam papers scheduled for 14th March were rescheduled to a later day.

The Board has also adopted computer-assisted paper evaluation process in 2016, which has assisted in ensuring timely declaration of Goa HSSC Results. Despite this, the Board has done a phenomenal job in completing the evaluation task on time and is planning to declare the Goa HSSC Result on time.

Early Declaration to Assist IIT-JEE Rankings

The on-time declaration of Goa Class 12 Board is prompted by the Human Resources Development ministry directive. As per the Goa Board chairperson Jose Remedios Rebello, the ministry has directed all school boards to announce the 12th Class Results early to ensure easy calculation of IIT-JEE Rankings.

Reports have also hinted that the Goa Board would continue their annual tradition of declaring the GBSHSE Class 12 Result for all the three steams of arts, commerce and science together. In addition to this, the Goa Board Result for vocational papers for both the general stream and the Children with Special Needs is also expected to be announced on 27th April at 10:30 AM.
