ICAR NET 2019 Application Process Begins: As per the latest update, ICAR National Eligibility Test (NET) 2019 December Exam Notification has been released today. Along with releasing the official notification, Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board (ASRB) which conducts the ICAR NET 2019 Exam has also commenced the online application process for the eligibility test. Candidates who are vying to be eligible for the post of lecturer or assistant professor in State Agricultural Universities (SAUs) and other Agricultural Universities (AUs), need to register or apply for ICAR NET December 2019 Exam online. The online application form for ICAR NET 2019 exam is available on asrb.org.in website,  from where candidates can register for the examination.

ICAR NET 2019 December Exam – Important Dates

As per the official notification, the online application process for ICAR NET 2019 December Exam commenced today i.e. on 15^th October 2019 at 11 AM. Candidates who are interested in appearing for the ICAR Eligibility Test can register and apply for the same until 4^th November 2019. Following the completion of the registration process, the ICAR NET 2019 Exam will be held from 9^th to 15^th December 2019. All the important dates related to ICAR NET 2019 Exam are provided below:

ICAR NET December 2019 Eligibility Criteria

The ICAR NET 2019 official notification has also provided the eligibility criteria that applicants need to qualify in order to be eligible to appear for ICAR NET 2019 Exam. The eligibility criteria for the national-level eligibility test is as follows:

• Academic Qualification: Masters Degree in a relevant discipline and specialization
• Age Limit: Candidate should be above 21 years old on 1^st July 2019 | No Upper Age Limit

ICAR NET 2019 Exam Pattern & Marking Scheme

Along with providing details about dates and eligibility criteria, the ICAR NET 2019 exam notification also confirmed the exam pattern on which the test would be based. According to the exam pattern, the test would include 150 MCQs / objective type question, each of which will carry 1 mark. These 150 questions would have to be answered in 2-hour time duration. As far as marking scheme is concerned, there would be negative marking of -0.25 or 1/3 mark for each incorrect answer.
