IGNOU January 2022 Session registration and re-registration date have been extended till 28th February. To re-register or register for IGNOU January 2022 session, students will be required to apply and submit the registration form at onlinerr.ignou.ac.in. Know details here

IGNOU January 2022: As per the recent updates, Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has further extended the IGNOU 2022 registration and re-registration deadline for the January session till 28th February. Earlier, the IGNOU 2022 registration and re-registration deadline for the January session was 21st February. 

The candidates now have seven more extra days to fill out their applications. The students who have not yet registered for IGNOU admission 2022 can apply for both ODL and distance learning mode programmes. 

IGNOU has also extended the deadline for the Smart IGNOU Hackathon 2022 launched by the ministry of education. The students can submit their proposals for Smart IGNOU Hackathon 2022 on SIH-22 official website - sih.gov.in/sih2022PS.

How to apply for IGNOU Registration 2022?

  • Step 1 - Go to the official website of IGNOU - ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.
  • Step 2 - Go to the “Register” section and click on the “Fresh Admission” section.
  • Step 3 - Fill up the registration form and click on the “Register” tab.
  • Step 4 - IGNOU will send the login credentials on the registered email address and mobile number of the candidates.
  • Step 5 - Enter the required personal, contact and academic details in the application form.
  • Step 6 - Upload the scanned documents in the prescribed format.
  • Step 7 - Pay the IGNOU registration fee in online mode.

How To fill IGNOU Re-Registration Form 2022?

The students can submit their re-registration form for the next year/semester. The fresh applicant is required to create a new registration and submit all the details and choose the programme he/she wants to pursue. To apply for the same, candidates can follow these simple steps given below.
