JEE Main 2021: NTA to Release May Application Form on 3 May at jeemain.nta.nic.in

JEE Main Application Form 2021: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the application form for JEE Main May session on 3rd May in online mode.  To fill the application form of JEE Main, candidates will have to visit the official website - jeemain.nta.nic.in. According to the official dates, candidates can fill the form till 12 May. The JEE Mains application form 2021 for the May session will be available for both paper 1 (BE/ BTech) and paper 2 (BArch/ BPlan). Also, before filling the application form, candidates must check the eligibility criteria set by the exam conducting authority, in order to avoid rejection at any later stage.  

How To Apply for JEE Main Application Form 2021 May Session?

Candidates can fill the form in online mode. No other mode of application will be available. Also  In order to make changes in the form, candidates will have to follow these steps - 

• Step 1 - Go to the official website - jeemain.nta.nic.in.
• Step 2 - Click on the link - JEE (Main) Application Form 2021.
• Step 3 - Register by entering the required details.
• Step 4 - Now, login with the application number and password and fill in the application form.
• Step 5 - Pay the application fees of JEE Main.
• Step 6 - Submit the application form.

Earlier, NTA released a notification to avoid a clash between the JEE Main 2021 May session with class 12 board exams. However, CBSE had postponed the class 12 board exams and announced that it will be conducted once the COVID-19 situation is under control. Recently, NTA also announced the postponement of the JEE Main April session. However, there is no update on JEE Main 2021 May session yet. Therefore, it is likely that the application form for the May session will start on the scheduled date.

The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) is an engineering exam assessment conducted for admission to Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Government-Funded Technical Institutions (GFTIs). Those qualifying in the Main exam will be selected for JEE Advanced, which is held for Indian Institute of Technology (IITs) admission.
