VITEEE 2021: The Vellore Institute of Technology has announced the new VITEEE 2021 exam dates. As per the official dates, VITEEE will be conducted on 28th, 29th and 31st May as an online remote proctored examination. Due to the ongoing COVID-19, the VIT authorities have decided to let the candidates attempt the entrance examination from their homes. However, they will be supervised by an examiner using a web camera. Candidates will need to have a stable internet connection to attempt the online remote proctored VITEEE 2021. Other information and guidelines regarding the entrance examination will be released soon by the authorities.
VITEEE 2021 Application Date
The authorities have also released the final date to submit VITEEE 2021 application form. Eligible candidates can submit the VITEEE application form by 20th May 2021. The online application form is available on the official website - viteee.vit.ac.in. No other mode of application will be accepted by the exam conducting body.
How To Apply for VITEEE 2021?
The application form is available in online mode. The last date to fill up the VIT application form is 20th May. They can visit the official website viteee.vit.ac.in. Follow the steps provided below to fill the VITEEE 2021 application form -
- Step 1 - Go to the official website - viteee.vit.ac.in.
- Step 2 - On the homepage, click on the registration tab.
- Step 3 - Enter the details including - name, address and educational qualification.
- Step 4 - Upload the specified documents.
- Step 5 - Pay the online application fee and submit the form.
Earlier, the entrance exam was scheduled to be held between 18 and 26 June in physical mode. However, due to rising COVID-19 cases, the exam authorities had to either cancel the exams and switch them to remote-proctored mode. After the examination, VIT will be announcing the counselling dates for the qualifying candidates.
About VITEEE
VIT Engineering Entrance Exam 2021 will be held to offer BTech admissions to eligible candidates into the participating campuses. Candidates will be required to qualify for the entrance examination to get admission into their preferred course and campus. The exam will be held for admissions to BTech courses offered by both campuses, VIT Vellore and VIT Chennai.
