MAHATET Result 2016

The Maharashtra State Council of Examination (MSCE) will be conducting the Maharashtra Teachers Eligibility Test (MAHA TET). Higher Education Board comes under MSCE which is going to announce the Maharashtra TET Result 2016 very soon. Maharashtra Govt. conducted the Teachers Eligibility Test in the state to provide quality education to children in Maharashtra by recruiting good candidates. Maharashtra State is getting good output in the field of education after implementing the Maharashtra TET as compulsory examination for the recruitment of teachers. 

Maharashtra TET will be divided into 03 categories by the Maharashtra Govt. for recruitment teachers in Govt. Schools. Maharashtra TET exams categories are Lower Primary Teachers (class 1 to 5), Upper Primary Teachers (class 6 to 8) and Secondary Teachers in Maharashtra Board Govt. schools.

The Maharashtra TET examination was scheduled to be held on 27 December 2015 but it was re- scheduled because of the NET 2015. Wherein first time TET held on December 15, 2013, a total of 3,67,896 candidates had appeared for Paper I and 2,24,094 had appeared for Paper II. But the only candidates have qualified was 4.43% (Paper I) and 5.95% (Paper II), respectively. Next year TET exam held on 14 December 2014, only about 1% candidates out of 2.45 lakh passed Paper I, whereas 4.92% candidates of 1.54 lakh passed paper II.
