Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification:
Customer Agent: Candidate should have Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern with knowledge of basic computer operations. Must have minimum experience of 6 (six) months in any of the areas of combination thereof, of fares, reservation, Airline Ticketing, Computerized passenger check-in / cargo handling area with any Airline / Airline Travel Agency or Ground Handling Agency.
Handyman: SSC / 10TH Standard Pass. Must have minimum experience of one year in Loading / Unloading functions in any organization supported by experience certificate.
Sr. Ramp Service Agent: Candidate should have three years Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical / Production / Electronics/ Automobile Engineering recognised by the state government or ITI with NCTVT (Total 3 years) in motor vehicle / Auto Electrical / Air Conditioning / Diesel Mechanic / Bench fitter / Welder (ITI with NCTVT - certificate issued from directorate of Vocational education and training of any state government.
Ramp Service Agent: Candidate should have three years Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical / Production / Electronics/ Automobile Engineering recognised by the state government or ITI with NCTVT (Total 3 years) in motor vehicle / Auto Electrical / Air Conditioning / Diesel Mechanic / Bench fitter / Welder (ITI with NCTVT - certificate issued from directorate of Vocational education and training of any state government with one year experience in case of welder) after passing SSC / Equivalent examination with Hindi / English / local language, as one of the subject.
Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver: Candidate should have minimum SSC (10th Std Pass) Must possess valid HMV Driving License.
