Educational Qualification

• General Manager, Electrical Division: The candidate should be a graduate engineer (Electrical) from a recognised university with minimum post qualification experience spread over 02 (Two) decades.
• Dy. General Manager (Works) Engineering Division: The candidate should be a graduate engineer (Mechanical) from a recognised university with minimum post qualification experience spread over one and half decade particularly in the area of industrial fan manufacturing in an organisation of repute.
• Manager (Sales & Marketing): The candidate should be a graduate engineer (Mechanical) from a recognised university with minimum post qualification experience spread overat least one decade particularly in the area of sales function of industrial fan and capital goods in an organisation of repute.

Age Limit

• General Manager, Electrical Division: Below 50 years of age
• Dy. General Manager (Works) Engineering Division: Below 45 years of age
• Manager (Sales & Marketing): Below 40 years of age
