Hall tickets have been released for the AP Police Constable Exam (PET/PMT). The examination will commence from 01 December. Eligible candidates can find the detailed exam schedule and download the admit card at recruitment.appolice.gov.in.
Andhra Pradesh Police will start PMT/PET as a part of selection process of constable recruitment. The examination will begin on 01 December at Ongole exam centre. Eligible candidates can start downloading the admit card from 25 November onwards.
The recruitment process is being held for selecting eligible candidates for recruitment to the post of PC (Civil/AR) (Men & Women), Warders (Men & Women).
The test will continue till 24 December in various exam centres of the State namely Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Vishakhapatnam, Kakinada, Eluru, Machilipatnam, Guntur, Nellore, Chittoor, Kadapa, Ananathapuram and Kurnool.
Only those candidates who have qualified the preliminary written examination are eligible to appear for PMT/PET. The participation of candidates in PMT/PET will depend on the production of all original documents and certificates related to educational qualification, community certificate, etc.
Andhra Pradesh Police had organised the preliminary examination for Constable post on 06 November. A total of 116217 candidates have qualified the exam and are eligible to appear for the PMT/PET.
In addition to this, candidates are also required to submit the application form II mentioning the unit preference.
PME/PPET will be held in two phases. Both the phases will be held on the same day. The first phase will comprise of Physical Measurement (Height, Chest/Weight followed by 1600 metre run). This will be followed by the second phase (100 meters run and jump).
It is for the information of candidates that the final written examination will be held on 22 January 2017 (10 am-1pm). The final examination will be held at Vishakhapatnam, Kakinada, Vijayawada, Guntur, Tirupati and Kurnool.
