Eligibility Criteria for Specialist Consultant Posts

Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

• Urban Planner: candidate should have Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Urban Planning or Candidate should be Senior Engineer in capacity of Manager. Candidate should have 03 to 05 years relevant experience in the concerned field.
• Urban Infrastructure Specialist: candidate should have Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Civil/Public Health Engineering from a recognised university; candidate should be familiar with laws and procedures of municipalities. Candidate should have 03 to 05 years relevant experience in the concerned field.
• IT cum Monitoring an Evaluation Specialist: candidate should have Graduate/Post Graduate degree in IT/ CS from a recognized university with minimum 03 to 05 years relevant experience in the concerned field.
• Social Development Specialist: candidate should have Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Social Sciences with Practical implementing governance reforms with minimum 03 to 05 years relevant experience in the concerned field.
• Procurement Specialist: candidate should have Graduate/Post Graduate in Engineering/ Commerce or Finance with experience in Procurement, management and Project Preparation. Candidate should have 03 to 05 years relevant experience in the concerned field.
• Environment Specialist/ Solid Waste Management Specialist: candidate should have Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Environmental Engineering with minimum 03 to 05 years relevant experience in the concerned field.

The Selection to the Specialist Consultant Posts will be done on the basis of academic qualification and experience in the respective fields.
