Eligibility Criteria for Training, Expert, Dist Horticulture Coordinator, Account Manager and other Job

Educational Qualification and Age Limit:

  • Training &Capacity Building Specialist (ACCSDP): Master’s degree or equivalent in business administration, law, management, economics or Organizational Development or Public Governance or social sciences or Information Technology or a related field. At least seven (07) years as Training & Capacity Building Specialist or in a similar position in a public/private agency. Age Limit: Below 45 years.
  • Business Process Reengineering Expert (ACCSDP): Tech/ BE in Electronics/Computer Science/IT/Information Systems or related subject/MCA/M. Sc IT from any recognized university. At least 07 years of experience in managing electronic service delivery initiatives in public/reputed private sector agencies at managerial position. Age Limit: Below 45 years.
  • District Horticulture Coordinator (APART): Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Horticulture from any recognized university/ Institution. At least three (03) years of professional experience in Horticulture related activities/Agriculture extension or related activities in any public/ private sector organization. Age Limit: Below 45 years
  • Horticulture Specialist (APART): PG with Master degree/Post Graduate Diploma (min. 02 years duration) in Horticulture or Agriculture with Specialization in Horticulture from any Govt. recognized University/Institutions. At least seven (07) years of professional experience in farm management/managing large scale agricultural production operations preferably with Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) or Climate Resilient Practices. Age Limit: Below 45 years.
  • Financial Inclusion Specialist (APART): Master’s degree/ Post-Graduate Diploma in Finance or Business Administration or Micro-finance or Banking or Rural Economics or Development Economics or Rural Management or Development Studies or a closely related field from any Govt. recognized University/Institutions. Experience: At least five (05) years of professional experience in Banking, Financial services and Insurance (BFSI) domain, development sector with hands on experience on financial inclusion/micro-finance/rural banking/rural finance development. Age Limit: Below 45 years.
  • Junior MIS Specialist (APART): BE/B.Tech/Master Degree/Post Graduate Diploma (min two years duration) in Computer Science/Computer Applications/Information Technology/or a closely related field from any Govt. recognized University/Institutions. At least five (05) years of work experience in managing MIS/IT systems of a reputed public/private sector agency in a leadership/ managerial capacity. Age Limit: Below 50 years.
  • District Social Sector Coordinator (APART): Master degree in Social Work/Social Science/Sociology/Political Science/Anthropology from any Govt. recognized University/Institutions. At least three (03) years experience in Social Sector. Age Limit: Below 45 years.
  • District Environment Coordinator (APART): PG with Master degree/Post Graduate Diploma (minimum two years duration) in Ecology & Environment/Environmental Science/Life Science/Zoology/Botany. Age Limit: Below 45 years.
  • Agriculture Marketing Expert (APART): Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Horticulture followed by a Post-Graduate diploma/degree (of minimum two years duration) in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Agribusiness/Economics/Agricultural Marketing & Cooperation or a closely related field from any recognized university/Institution. At least two (02) years of professional experience in Agriculture Business Management/Agricultural Marketing/Agriculture Value Chain Development or similar activities in any public/private sector organization. Age Limit: Below 65 years.
  • District Accounts Manager (APART): Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from any recognized university/College along with a Certificate Course in Tally Accounting Software. Experience: At least four (04) years of experience of accounting management in any public or private sector agency. Age Limit: Below 45 years.
  • Dairy Value Chain Expert (APART): DVCE should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Science/Dairy Technology/ Food Technology/Veterinary Science/Animal Husbandry & Veterinary or a closely related field OR Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma (of minimum two years duration) in Dairy Science/Dairy Technology/ Food Technology/Veterinary Science/Animal Husbandry & Veterinary or a closely related field from recognized University/Institution. Age Limit: Below 50 years.

How to Apply

Eligible applicants can attend walk-in-interview on 10 February to 17 February 2020. Interested and eligible Candidates (from India) having the essential qualification and experience may directly Walk-In for Interview on the above mentioned dates on or before 10:30 am at the office of the Government of Assam ARIAS Society, Agriculture Complex, Khanapara, G.S. Road, Guwahati-781022. Applicants arriving up to 11.00 am on the date of Walk-in-Interview may be considered/entertained for the selection process only at the discretion of SPD, ARIAS Society.
