Eligibility Criteria for Stenographer & Other Posts

Educational Qualification:

• Deputy Controller of Examinations: Post Graduate Degree in any discipline with 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade of “B” in the UGC 7-point scale from a recognised University.
• Stenographer: Master’s Degree in any discipline with at least 55% of marks from a recognised University. And Diploma in Stenography from Govt. recognised Institution with a speed of 160 words per minute. Computer proficiency with high level familiarity with commonly used package like MS-word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint etc. are mandatory. OR Graduate in any discipline with at least 55% of marks from a recognised University. And Diploma in Stenography from Govt. recognised Institution with a speed of 160 words per minute. Computer proficiency with high level familiarity with commonly used package like MS-word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint etc. are mandatory.
• System Operator: Diploma in Computer Engineering from an AICTE and State Council for Technical Education approved Institution. The Candidate should have exposure in using hardware and software in office environment.
