Eligibility Criteria for Managerial Posts
Educational Qualification:

• Vice President, Associate Vice President - Full-time regular Degree in Engineering OR 2-year full-time regular Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management/MBA OR Full-time regular Post Graduation in Travel & Tourism with IATA/UFTAA certification.
• Manager (Technical Services & OEM) - Degree in Engineering with specialization in Mechanical\Chemical\Metallurgy (excluding part time\correspondence\distance learning).
• Manager (Production) - Degree in Engineering with specialization in Chemical.
• Deputy Manager (IT) - Engineering Graduate OR 2-year full-time regular Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management/ MBA OR CA/ICWA OR Full-time regular Post Graduate Degree in Computer Application/Computer Technology of minimum 2 years duration.
• Assistant Manager (IT)- Degree in Engineering with specialization in Computer Science/ IT/ Electronics OR Full-time regular Postgraduate Degree in Computer Applications/ Computer Technology of minimum 2 years duration.

• Vice President - 48 years
• Associate Vice President - 46 years
• Manager (Technical Services & OEM) - 37 years
• Manager (Production) - 37 years
• Deputy Manager (IT) - 32 years
• Assistant Manager (IT)- 27 years
