Bank of Maharashtra invited applications for recruitment to the post of Company Secretary. Eligible candidates can apply through online on or before 10 January 2015.

• Manager in MMGS- II: Annual Package Rs. 8.55 lacs approx
• Manager in MMGS- III: Annual Package Rs.10.62 lacs approx

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:

1. Manager in MMGS- II: Graduate in any discipline with minimum 55% marks, Associate Membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS) and Computer Literacy with minimum 3 years experience as company secretary of listed Limited Company.
2. Manager in MMGS- III: Graduate in any discipline with minimum 55% marks, Associate Membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS) and Computer Literacy with minimum 4 years experience as company secretary of listed Limited Company.

•  Age limit:

1. Manager in MMGS- II: Candidate’s age must not be more than 28 years as on 1 December 2014.
2. Manager in MMGS- III: Candidate’s age must not be more than 30 years as on 1 December 2014.

Selection Procedure Selection will be made on the basis of performance in written test and/or personal interview.

No other means/mode of application will be accepted. After submitted online application form Printout of online application with attested copies of certificates in support of age, qualifications & experience should be submitted to The Dy. General Manager (HRM), Bank of Maharashtra ‘Lokmangal” 1501, Shivaji Nagar, Pune-411005 so as to reach on or before 17 January 2015. Candidates should mention “Application for the post of ______” on the envelope in which the form would be sent.
