BNC was established in August 1993 as a Women’s College by the then Delhi Administration. It is a constituent college of Delhi University. It has a total teaching faculty of 67 members consisting of 42 permanent and 21 Adhoc and 4 Guest members. The total number of Non-Teaching Staff working in the college is 40. This includes 20 permanent and 20 Contractual Appointments.
