The Bihar Police Sub-ordinate Services Commission (BPSSC) has declared the sub-inspector preliminary exam result. All candidates who have appeared in the Bihar police sub-inspector Pre exam can check their result via BPSSC Official website or below given link.
Total 29,359 candidates have cleared the Bihar Police Prelim Exam 2018. The recruitment drive aims to fill 1,717 vacant posts of sub-inspector in the Bihar Police.
The BPSSC preliminary examination for sub-inspector posts was conducted on March 11th, 2018 and around 4.2 lakh candidates appeared for the exam. Candidates who have cleared the preliminary stage are eligible to appear for the Main examination.
The number of candidates in the preliminary round is more than 20 times the number of vacancies available for the post of Police Sub-Inspector in Bihar Police.
The notification for the 1,717 sub-inspector vacancies in the Bihar Police was announced on October 22nd, 2017. The BPSSC accepted online applications to fill the vacancies from October 24th until November 30th, 2017.
