Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the result of University Grants Commission (UGC) National Eligibility Test (NET). The examinees can check the result on the official site.
The examination was conducted on 5 November 2017 at various exam centers across the country. Around 75 Percent candidates appeared in the exam. The answer keys and OMR sheet has also released last month by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
The CBSE Conducts National Eligibility Test (NET) on the behalf on UGC for recruitment to the post of Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellow and the eligibility criteria for applying to the NET Examination is Post Graduation with 55% Marks from a recognized university. The candidates who are in the final year of their post graduation can also apply for NET Exam.
The UGC NET Exam consists three papers: Paper 1, Paper 2 and Paper 3. In which, Paper 1 consists General Aptitude Section which is common for all and Paper 2 and 3 consists questions from your chosen subject.
The candidates who were appeared in the UGC NET Exam 2017 can check their result by following the below mentioned steps.
Candidates are required to visit cbseresults.nic.in and then click on the said link CBSE - UGC NET EXAMINATION - November 2017. Then candidates need to enter their Application Number, Roll No. and Date of Birth and click on the submit button. Then, they will be able to download their admit card and can take printout for future reference.
