Eligibility Criteria for Various Contractual Job

Educational Qualification

• Clinical Psychologist: Master's degree in psychology with experimental psychology as one of the subject with a diploma in Medical (clinical) psychology from a recognized institution/ university. OR Ph.D degree in Clinical Psychology from a recognized university with 02 years of experience in relevant field.
• Superintendent (Resident Manager): Masters (Preferably in Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, Anthropology, Accounts, Economics, Business Management) and having experience in managing an institution shall be preferred. OR Ex-Serviceman not below the rank of J.C.O. OR Retired Police/ Paramilitary Officer not below the rank of D.S.P. OR Any other retired officer equivalent to the Gazetted Officer. (The qualification in case of retired officers is graduation having experience in administrative work.
• Assistant Superintendent (Assistant Resident Manager): Minimum Graduation (Preferably in Sociology, Psychology) and having experience in managing an institution shall be preferred. OR Ex-Serviceman/Retired Police/ Paramilitary Officer OR Any other retired officer equivalent to the Gazetted Officer. (The qualification in case of retired officers is graduation having experience in administrative work).
• Office Incharge (Warden): Minimum Graduation (preferably in Sociology, Psychology, Social Work) and candidate having experience in managing an institution shall be preferred.
• Counselor: Master in Social Work/Master in Psychology or M.Sc/M.Ed. with diploma in counseling with basic computer knowledge and preferably 2 years relevant experience.
• Helpline Manager: Masters in Social Work /Masters in Psychology/ Masters in Sociology / Law degree preferably with at least 3 years’ experience of working on women issues in Government or Non-Government project/ programme.

Age Limit for Various Contractual Job

• Clinical Psychologist: Minimum 35 years
• Superintendent (Resident Manager)/ Assistant Superintendent (Assistant Resident Manager)/Office Incharge: 25-60 years
• Counselor: 25-45 years
• Helpline Manager: 25-50 years
