CSIR revised subject wise schedule of the Joint CSIR-UGC NET December 2012

In an important notification by HRD Group of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research on 13 December 2012, subject wise schedule of Joint CSIR-UGC NET was revised. The Joint CSIR-UGC Test for Junior Research Fellowship & Eligibility for Lectureship (NET) will be conducted in two sessions- morning and afternoon- on 23 December 2012.

The Joint CSIR UGC NET for Mathematical Sciences will now be held in the Afternoon session from 2 pm to 5 pm instead of the morning session as mentioned in the notification. Similarly, the test for Earth Sciences will be conducted in Morning session from 9 am to 12 pm on the day of examination with effect to the revised schedule. The examination of the rest four subjects- Life Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Engineering Sciences and Physical Sciences will be held as per the same schedule as notified earlier by CSIR.

All registered candidates will get the revised schedule of the Test indicated in the Admission certificates which already has been dispatched by the concerned authority. Candidates are requested to carefully read the admit card for the changes in the schedule to avoid any confusion.
