CTET 2012 Postponed to 5 May 2012 in Chandigarh, Manipur, Punjab and Uttarakhand

CBSE has postponed CTET 2012 on 5 May 2012 on account of General Election for Legislative Assemblies in these states

CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) has postponed Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET 2012) on 5 May 2012 in state of Chandigarh, Manipur, Punjab, and Uttarakhand on account of General Election for Legislative Assemblies in these states. CTET was earlier scheduled to be held on 29 January 2012.

As per the press release issued by CBSE, the Election Commission of India had advised CBSE to postpone to exams on account of General Elections.

The candidates appearing in the above examination centres are advised to preserve the Admit Cards to appear for the postponed examination.
