Dena Bank declared final result of Probationary Officers (PO) Recruitment 2012

Dena Bank announced final result for recruitment of 500 Probationary Officers (PO) on 30 June 2012. The candidates were selected on the basis of marks obtained in Common Written Examination (CWE) and Interview held in the month of May.

A total of 5000 candidates were called for Interview of which 500 candidates are selected provisionally for the position of PO by Dena Bank. The bank has not revealed joining dates, documents required, formalities etc but is expected to inform the selected candidates with instructions via mail.

Dena Bank had advertised for recruitment of 500 Management Trainees for which the interviews were conducted from 21 May- 27 May 2012.

Dena Bank was founded on 26 May 1938 by the family of Devkaran Nanjee under the name Devkaran Nanjee Banking Company Ltd. It became a Public Ltd. Company in December 1939 and later the name was changed to Dena Bank Ltd. It is one among six Public Sector Banks selected by the World Bank for sanctioning a loan of Rs 72.3 crores for augmentation of Tier-II Capital under Financial Sector Developmental project in the year 1995.
