Department of Atomic Energy Notified Recruitment for 03 Posts of Scientific Officer 2014

Department of Atomic Energy, Tamil Nadu invited applications from eligible candidates, who fulfilling the requisite criteria for filling up the following posts of “Scientific Officer/ D (Medical)”. The candidates eligible for the post may apply on or before 05 September 2014.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification/ Experience 

• MBBS plus MD in the relevant subject from the recognized College or Institute by Medical Council of India
• MBBS with DMRD/ D. Ortho/ DCH with minimum 03 years of post- qualification experience.

Age Limit

Upper Age Limit for the candidate should be 45 years as on last date of receipt of application and Age relaxation for the category candidates should be as per rules (if  applicable).

Pay Scale

Candidate will get Pay scale as per IGCAR norms plus additional allowances as admissible.

Selection Procedure

The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the Written Test/ Trade Test/ Practical Test/ Skill Test/ Personal Interview, which might be conducted by the administration.

• Interested Candidates may apply in the prescribed format along with the duly attested photo copies of relevant certificates/ testimonials in support of date of birth, qualifications, experience, category (SC/ ST/ PWD), etc. with a recent passport size photograph one must be affix on the application form (if reqd.) may be forwarded to the “Department of Atomic Energy, General Service Organisation, Kalpakkam – 603 102, Kancheepuram Distt., Tamil Nadu  ” on or before 05 September 2014.

• Candidates already employed in Central Govt./ State Govt./ Public Sector Undertakings (PSU)/ Departmental candidates should submit their applications through proper channel and also submit the “No Objection Certificate” from the current employer.
• The envelope containing the application must be super scribed in bold letters as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF _____________________”.
