Eligibility Criteria for DHFWS, Howrah Medical Officer, Lab Tech. & Other Posts:
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
- Medical Officer (NUHM): MBBS from a MCI recognized Institute with 1 year compulsory internship and must be registered under West Bengal Medical Council Permanent resident of West Bengal.
- Laboratory Technician (NUHM): 12th passed with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics AND Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology recognized by the West Bengal State Medical Faculty/AICTE with Knowledge in Computer, MS Office, Internet.
- General Duty Medical Officer (NRHM): MBBS recognized by MCI.
- Immunization Volunteers for high Priority Blocks/ULB: Graduate with Diploma/Certificate with duration of six months or more in computer application.
- Facility-level Quality Manager under NQAP: MBBS/Dental/Ayush/Nursing/Life Science/Social Science Graduate with Master in Hospital Administration/Health Management with 1 year experience in Public Health/Hospital Administration.
- Lady Counsellor under RCH: Graduate in Psychology/Social work/Sociology/Anthropology/Human Development.
- Sr. Medical Officer DRTB Site (RNTCP): MBBS recognized by MCI.
- Senior Treatment supervisor (RNTCP): Graduate or Recognized Sanitary inspector`s course and certificate course in Computer operation.
- District PPM Coordinator (RNTCP): Post Graduate with 1 year experience in the field of Communication/ACSM/Public private partnership/Health Project Programme.
- TB Health Visitor (RNTCP): Graduate or 12th and experience of working as MPW/LHV/ANM/Health worker/Certificate in Health Education/Counselling OR Tuberculosis health visitor's recognized Course.
