DRDO CVRDE Recruitment 2024: Applications Invited For JRF Posts, Check eligibility and application process

DRDO CVRDE Recruitment 2024: The Combat Vehicles Research & Development Establishment (CVRDE), DRDO under Ministry of Defence has invited online applications for Junior Research Fellows posts on its official website. A total of 28 vacancies are available in different disciplines including Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science Engineering and others. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for these posts within the 21 days from the date of publication in Employment News / National & regional as applicable.

Candidates selected finally for these posts will get Rs.37,000/- per month (Consolidated stipend / Consolidated Fellowship Emolument). Selection for these posts will be done based on a written exam followed by an interview round.

What is the DRDO CVRDE 2024 Eligibility ?

The posts wise eligibility criteria and age limit have been released by the examination authority on its official website.  Candidates should possess the required  educational qualification and other eligibility parameters to apply for these posts.
 Educational Qualification: 

Candidates should have B.E. / B.Tech with First Division from a recognised university with valid GATE score (OR)
M.E/M.Tech with First Division both at Graduate and Post Graduate level

DRDO JRF 2024 Selection Procedure

The shortlisted candidates on the basis of the B.E / BTech /M.E/ MTech marks will have to appear for a written test. Candidates who will qualify in the written test, will be considered for Interview. However, in addition, any other selection tool / test may be administered, at the sole discretion of the Director, CVRDE.

 DRDO JRF 2024 Salary

The selected candidates will get Rs.37,000/- per month (Consolidated stipend / Consolidated Fellowship Emolument) .
HRA and medical facilities will be admissible as per govt. rules.

Steps to Apply for the  DRDO CVRDE 2024

The filled in application form as per the format given, along with relevant documents should be sent to the address mentioned in the notification by post. Candidates sending applications by post should write “Application for JRF Recruitment-2024” on the top of the envelope. Or the application form with supporting documents in PDF format to be submitted online to the mail id given in notification. The last date for receipt of application at CVRDE is 21 days from the date of publication in Employment News / National & Regional as applicable.
