Educational Qualification
- Post Graduate Diploma (02 years) or MBA in Personal Management/ HR/ MSW etc. with minimum 55% marks from recognized University or equivalent (for post 1 & 2).
- Graduate with CA Intermediate Pass or CMA Intermediate Pass from recognized University or equivalent (for post 3).
- Minimum 8th standard Pass from recognized schools/ board (for post 4).
- Minimum 18 years post qualification experience (for post 1), 12 years post qualification experience (for post 2) and 05 years post qualification experience (for post 4) in PSU/ Govt. Organization.
Age Limit & Relaxation
Maximum Age Limit for the candidate should be 50 years for post 1, 43 years for post 2, 28 years for post 3 and 35 years for post 4 as on last date of receipt of application.
Pay Scale/ Salary
Pay Scale of Rs. 43,200/- to Rs. 66,000/- (Grade E-7) for post 1, Rs. 32,900/- to Rs. 58,000/- (Grade E-5) for post 2, Rs. 11,600/- to Rs. 26,450/- (Grade S-3) for post 3 and Rs. 7,800/- to Rs. 15,050/- (Grade U-1) for post 4 Per Month.
Selection Procedure
The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test/ Trade Test/ Practical/ Skill Test/ Interviews, which might be conducted by the administration.
