Age Limit

• Maximum age of the candidate should be 50 years for General Manager.
• Maximum age of the candidate should be 43 years for Dy. General Manager.
• Maximum age of the candidate should be 40 years for Sr. Manager.
• Maximum age of the candidate should be 33 years for Manager.
• Maximum age of the candidate should be 30 years for Assistant Manager.
  

Educational Qualification

• General Manager (Fin) – CA or ICWAI or MBA in Finance with minimum 55% marks.
• Dy. General Manager (HR) – 2 years Post Graduate Diploma or MBA in Pers. Mgmt/HR/MSW etc with minimum 55% marks.
• Dy. General Manager (Civil) – BE/B. Tech or AMIE or equiv in the Civil discipline with minimum 55% marks.
• Sr. Manager (Civil) – BE/B. Tech or AMIE or equiv in the Civil discipline with minimum 55% marks.
• Sr. Manager (Electrical) – BE/B. Tech or AMIE or equiv in the Electrical discipline with minimum 55% marks.
• Sr. Manager (Fin) – CA or ICWAI or MBA in Finance with minimum 55% marks.
• Manager, GR-II (Civil) – BE/B. Tech or AMIE or equiv in the Civil discipline with minimum 55% marks.
• Manager, GR-II (Electrical) – BE/B. Tech or AMIE or equiv in the Electrical discipline with minimum 55% marks.
• Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha) – Master degree from a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi with English as a subject with minimum 55% marks.
• Assistant Manager (Finance) – CA or ICWAI or MBA in Finance with minimum 55% marks.

• General/OBC Category candidates have to pay Rs.250/- as application fees either through Credit or Debit Card.
• SC/ST and PWD candidates are exempted from fee payment.

• Sr. Manager: Rs.29100-54500/-
• Manager: Rs.20600-46500/-
• Assistant Manager: Rs.16400-40500/-
