Application Fee for MAT May 2017
In order to apply for the MAT May 2017 exam, a candidate needs to pay an application fee of INR 1400/- in either of the Offline or Online registration mode. Candidates can make payment of application fees via Credit Card/Debit Card (ATM Card) or through Net Banking.

Exam Pattern for MAT May 2017
MAT is a national level management entrance exam that is held 4 times in a year in the months of February, May, September and December. The exam is usually of 150 minutes (2.30 hours) duration and it comprises of 200 MCQ type questions. MAT exam is conducted in both ‘ONLINE’ and ‘OFFLINE’ mode. It is the choice of the exam-taker to choose the mode in which they wish to appear.
Each MCQ carry 1 mark for correct response and 0.25 mark shall be deducted (negative marking) for attempting the incorrect choice. The question paper is divided into 5 sections as mentioned below:
- Data Analysis and Sufficiency – 40 Questions
- Intelligence and Critical Reasoning – 40 Questions
- Language Comprehension – 40 Questions
- Mathematical Skills – 40 Questions
- Indian and Global Environment – 40 Questions
There shall be a provision of negative marking for wrong answers, for each wrong answer.
