    GAIL (India) Limited, a Maharatna PSU, issued notification inviting applications for filling up 15 Non - Executive posts for the work centers / units located in the State of Madhya Pradesh. Interested candidates should send their applications till 6 November 2013.

    Qualifications: Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Production / Production & Industrial / Manufacturing / Mechanical & Automobile + 2 year post qualification experience in the relevant field.

    Qualifications: Diploma in Engineering in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics + 2 year post qualification experience in the relevant field.

    Essential Qualification: Diploma in engineering in Chemical / Petrochemical / Chemical Technology / Petrochemical Technology + 2 year post qualification experience in the relevant field.

    Essential Qualification: Diploma in Engineering in Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electrical & Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical & Electronics + 2 year post qualification experience in the relevant field.

    Essential Qualification: Diploma in Engineering in Civil + 2 year post qualification experience in the relevant field.

    Candidates having in line work experience in Oil / Gas / Petrochemicals / Construction Industry will be preferred.

    Name of the Post: Junior Superintendent (HR)

    No of Posts: 1 post

    Essential Qualification: Bachelor degree with Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations + 2 year post qualification experience in the relevant field. Candidate should be proficient in operating Personal Computers.

    Candidates having in line work experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industry will be preferred.

    Name of the Post: Junior Accountant

    No of Posts: 1 post

    Essential Qualification: Intermediate or equivalent in CA / ICWA OR Master Degree (M.Com) in Commerce + 2 year post qualification experience in the relevant field. Candidate should be proficient in operating personal computer.

    Candidates having in line work experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industry will be preferred.

    NOTE: Upper age limit is relax-able by 5 years for SC / ST candidates, by 3 years for OBC (Non‐ Creamy Layer) candidates, by 10 years for PWD ‐ General, by 13 years for PWD ‐ OBC (NCL) and by 15 years for PWD ‐ SC / ST candidates.

    SELECTION PROCESS: Selection will be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in Skill test and Interview.

    Selection process for the posts of Foreman (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Instrumentation / Civil): Skill Test (i.e. Trade Test) and / or Interview before Selection Committee

    Selection process for the posts of Junior Superintendent (HR) / Junior Accountant: Skill Test [i.e. Computer Proficiency Test] and Interview before Selection Committee

    Only short listed candidates will be called for test and/ or Interview. List of shortlisted candidates for Selection process, i.e., Test and/ or Interview etc., and also list of selected candidates for appointment will be displayed on the GAIL website www.gailonline.com.

    Appointment to the posts will be subject to the candidate being found medically fit as per company’s standards. Detailed guidelines on Medical Standards / Norms for Medical Fitness and Pre-Employment Medical Examination are available on GAIL website www.gailonline.com. Candidates are advised to go through the same before applying.

    APPLICATION FEES: Non‐ refundable application fees of Rs.  50 {for General & OBC (Non - Creamy Layer) category candidates} have to be paid through a crossed Demand Draft / Pay Order drawn in favour of GAIL (India) Limited’ payable at State Bank of India, GAIL Complex , Vijaipur, (Branch Code: 6635)’.

    Candidates should mention their Name & post applied for on the reverse side of the demand draft.

    SC / ST / PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.

    HOW TO APPLY: Interested eligible candidates should send their application in the prescribed format, along with attested copies of all relevant certificates / testimonials / documents and application fee DD / PO in Original by Ordinary Post to “GAIL (India) Limited, Post Box No – 36, GAIL Complex, Vijaipur, District‐ Guna, Madhya Pradesh, PIN-473112” so as to reach the concerned authority by 6 November 2013.

    Candidates should retain 3 copies of the same photo for use at the time of test and / or Interview. Failure to produce the same photograph when asked for may lead to disqualification.

    On the envelope, carrying the application, candidates should super-scribe “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF _______________ ” [Name of the Post and Category: UR / SC / ST / OBC / PWD as the case may be].
