Eligibility Criteria for Junior Engineer, Foreman, and Other Posts

Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

Junior Engineer (Mechanical/Chemical): candidate should have completed Diploma in Engineering in concerned discipline with minimum 55% and should have minimum 08 Years experience in the field.

Junior Accountant: candidate should have Intermediate or equivalent in CA/ ICWA or Master Degree in Commerce (M.Com) with minimum 60 % and should have minimum 02 years experience.

Junior Superintendent (Human Resources) : candidate should have Full time Bachelor Degree of minimum 03 years duration with minimum 55%  marks and Diploma in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations with minimum 55% marks. Candidate should have 02 years post qualification experience.

Foreman: candidate should have completed Diploma in Engineering in concerned discipline with minimum 55% and should have minimum 02 Years experience in the field.

Junior Chemist: candidate should have Full time Master Degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry with minimum 55 % marks and should have minimum 02 years post qualification experience.

Junior Superintendent (Official Language) : Full time Bachelor Degree of minimum 03 years duration in Hindi Literature with minimum 55% marks and Degree or Diploma in translation in Hindi to English and vice-versa from any recognised University or equivalent and should have minimum 03 years post qualification experience.

Assistant (Stores & Purchase): candidate should have Full Time Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 55% and should have Typing speed of 35 wpm in English on computer. Candidate should have minimum 01 years post qualification experience.

Accounts Assistant: candidate should have Full Time Bachelor’s Degree in commerce (B.com) with minimum 55% and should have Typing speed of 35 wpm in English on computer. Candidate should have minimum 01 years post qualification experience.

Marketing Assistant: candidate should have Full Time Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA/BBS/BBM/BMS) with minimum 55% and should have Typing speed of 35 wpm in English on computer. Candidate should have minimum 01 years post qualification experience.

Officer (Security) : candidate should have Full Time Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 60 %  and should have minimum 03 years post qualification experience in  concerned filed.
