- Junior Consultant: 07 (Radiologist: 02; Surgeon: 01; Orthopaedic Surgeon: 02; Physician: 02)
- Senior Surgeon: 01
- Clinical Psychologist: 03
- Inspector of Factories: 01
Eligibility Criteria for Junior Consultant & Other Posts
Educational Qualification:
- Assistant Lecturers: (i) A recognised Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of Section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Knowledge of Konkani.
- Junior Consultant: (i) A recognised Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the said Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Postgraduate degree, failing which post-graduate diploma, in the speciality concerned. (iii) In case of Diploma holders, Work in responsible position connected with the speciality concerned for 2 years after post-graduation Diploma. (iv) Knowledge of Konkani.
- Senior Surgeon: (i) A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the said Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Postgraduate degree, failing which, post-graduate diploma in speciality concerned. (iii) Work in a responsible position connected with the speciality concerned for 3 years after post-graduation Degree or five years after post-graduation Diploma. (iv)Knowledge of Konkani.
- Clinical Psychologist: (i) Master’s Degree in Psychology from a recognized University or equivalent. (ii) Master of Philosophy (Clinical Psychology) or Diploma in Medical and Social Psychology (2 years course), from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent. (iii) 2 years experience of teaching including Psychological testing and counselling. (iv) Knowledge of Konkani.
- Inspector of Factories: (i) Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Production Engineering or Chemical Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent, with Diploma in Industrial Safety of one year duration (full time) of a recognized Board or University OR (i) Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Production Engineering or Chemical Engineering of a recognized Board or equivalent with 3 years experience in a factory or workshop of repute and having Diploma in Industrial Safety of one year duration (full time) of a recognized Board or University. (ii) Knowledge of Konkani.
Age Limit for Junior Consultant & Other Posts: Not more than 40 years
